psychologist tell us that stress is a state of worry caused by the problem of living , such as too much work or study , heavy responsibilities , and quickened pace of life .
statistics show that stress comes from every detail in our life . financial problems , poor health , being laid off may be the stress that most adults now suffering . as students in the university , we are also under our special stress . while study , having to take various tests and submit a project against a deadline may put a great pressure on us . and the things make us felt stressed may be our parents’s greater expectations on us than we could reach . later , when we are likely to graduate , some other problems will also annoy us . i think we will worry a lot about our ability to compete in the job market and how we can best use what we’ve learned at college in our future job .

youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. this often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . nobody grows old merely by a number of years . we grow old by deserting our ideals.
years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .
whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . in the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .
when the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

if i were a boy again, i would practice perseverance(毅力)more often, and never give up a thing because it was hard or inconvenient. if we want light, we must conquer darkness. perseverance can sometimes equal genius in its results. “there are only two creatures,” says a proverb, “who can surmount the pyramids—the eagle and the snail.”
if i were a boy again, i would school myself into a habit of attention; i would let nothing come between me and the subject in hand. i would remember that a good skater never tries to skate in two directions at once. the habit of attention becomes part of our life, if we begin early enough. i often hear grown-up people say “i could not fix my attention on the lecture or book, although i wished to do so” , and the reason is, the habit was not formed in youth.
if i were to live my life over again, i would pay more attention to the cultivation of the memory. i would strengthen that faculty by every possible means, and on every possible occasion. it takes a little hard work at first to remember things accurately; but memory soon helps itself, and gives very little trouble. it only needs early cultivation to become a power.
if i were a boy again, i would look on the cheerful side. life is very much like a mirror: if you smile upon it, i smile back upon you; but if you frown and look doubtful on it, you will get a similar look in return.
inner sunshine warms not only the heart of the owner, but of all that come in contact with it. “who shuts love out ,in turn shall be shut out from love.”
finally, instead of trying hard to be happy, as if that were the sole purpose of life, i would, if i were a boy again, i would still try harder to make others happy.

大家好!
經(jīng)過了一個(gè)平安、愉快的暑假,我們滿懷著新的希望迎來了XX年的秋季。在這流光溢彩的日子里,為了追求心中的理想,為了汲取知識(shí)的營(yíng)養(yǎng),我們齊聚在三塘鋪中心小學(xué)這艘正待揚(yáng)帆的航船上。今天我很榮幸有這樣一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)坐在這里代表新教師發(fā)言。首先我要感謝三塘鋪中心小學(xué)給了我一個(gè)實(shí)現(xiàn)人生抱負(fù)的機(jī)會(huì)和展示自我風(fēng)采的舞臺(tái)。
我認(rèn)為,作為新教師,這本人生新篇章的扉頁(yè)上應(yīng)當(dāng)寫上這么四句:
第一句,教書育人是教師的天職。
“師者,傳道、授業(yè)、解惑也”。教師必須以嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、務(wù)實(shí)、勤奮的態(tài)度對(duì)待教學(xué)工作,精心備課,細(xì)心講解,耐心解答,努力把學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成為德、智、體等各個(gè)方面全面發(fā)展的人。
第二句,為人師表是教師的本份。
“德高為師,身正為范”。所謂言傳不如身教,教師應(yīng)當(dāng)成為學(xué)生的道德榜樣,以自己的道德意愿去醒覺學(xué)生的道德意識(shí),以自己的道德感情去感染學(xué)生道德情感,以自己的道德行動(dòng)去引導(dǎo)學(xué)生的道德行為。
第三句,終身學(xué)習(xí)、追求卓越是教師的根本。
“問君哪得清如許,為有源頭活水來”。要給學(xué)生一碗水,教師就必須要有一桶水;更何況當(dāng)今世界,知識(shí)更新日益加快,知識(shí)獲取途徑越來越多樣化。因而教師必須持續(xù)不斷的學(xué)習(xí),刻苦鉆研業(yè)務(wù),不斷提升和完善自己,才能擔(dān)負(fù)起教師的職責(zé)和盡好教師的本份。作為新教師不但要向書本學(xué),更要向老教師請(qǐng)教,同時(shí)也要不恥下問,虛心向?qū)W生學(xué)習(xí)。
第四句,盡心盡責(zé)、服務(wù)學(xué)生是教師的使命。
我認(rèn)為,教師與學(xué)生本質(zhì)上是一種共生關(guān)系。在日常生活中表現(xiàn)為“想學(xué)生所想,急學(xué)生所急,謀學(xué)生所謀”;而在精神層面則表現(xiàn)為“價(jià)值理念的共享生成,行為風(fēng)范的相互習(xí)染,精神風(fēng)貌的共同塑造”。一句話,“盡心盡責(zé)、服務(wù)學(xué)生”就是“本著服務(wù)的心,對(duì)學(xué)生的未來生命質(zhì)量負(fù)責(zé)”。這是教師不可推卸的使命。
最后,我們衷心希望同學(xué)們?cè)谝欢涡碌娜松鹋芫前認(rèn)真審視自己,確立奮斗目標(biāo)、端正學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、遵規(guī)守紀(jì)、刻苦學(xué)習(xí),用拼搏書寫一支奮斗的戰(zhàn)歌,用熱情投入譜寫出一曲昂揚(yáng)的旋律。作為教師,我們會(huì)關(guān)注你們的成長(zhǎng),指導(dǎo)你們的學(xué)習(xí),我們會(huì)為你們的努力加油鼓氣,會(huì)為你們的進(jìn)步歡呼欣喜。也許有時(shí)我們顯得很嚴(yán)厲,這個(gè)“不許”、那個(gè)“必須”,那是因?yàn)槲覀兩钪谀銈兺ㄍ晒Φ牡缆飞喜紳M太多荊棘,我們要對(duì)你們嚴(yán)格要求,培養(yǎng)你們戰(zhàn)勝困難的勇氣和能力。努力吧,親愛的同學(xué)們,為自己的青春留一段無悔的記憶,在我們的三塘鋪中心小學(xué)史冊(cè)上給出濃墨重彩的一筆。讓我們攜手努力,創(chuàng)造出更加輝煌的成績(jī)!

We take it for granted that we must warm ourselves in winter times, yet we seldom realize the burning away of precious natural resources.
We appreciate all the prosperity from the development of modern industry, yet few would give the slightest consideration to the global air and water pollution caused by industrial wastes.
Our ruthless exploitation has permanently impaired our mother earth.As we tragically learned from last summers floods.We cannot continue our carelessness.
Finally, standing here at the threshold of the 21st century, we cannot help thinking of our posterity.
Nature is not only the mother of the present generation, but also the mother of the generations to come.
How severely our descendents will criticize us if we leave them a barren and lifeless mother? how much more they will appreciate us if we give them a world of harmony to inherit? let us start respecting and caring for nature from now on.

Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.
We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. It’s the matter of the will. It’s the freshness of the deep spring of life.
A poet said “To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. Several days ago, I had a chance to listen to a lecture. I learnt a lot there. I’d like to share it with all of you. Let’s show our right palms. We can see three lines that show how our love.career and life is. I have a short line of life. What about yours? I wondered whether we could see our future in this way. Well, let’s make a fist. Where is our future? Where is our love, career, and life? Tell me.Yeah, it is in our hands. It is held in ourselves.
We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself.
Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. 我是今年分配過來的特崗教師。能在開學(xué)典禮上代表新分配來的老師們發(fā)言,我感到榮幸,卻又心存不安。因?yàn)樵谖覀冃陆處煹年?duì)伍中有優(yōu)秀班主任;有教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的優(yōu)秀教師;也有雖然剛踏上教職,但活力四射、青春動(dòng)感的美女老師。而我只是這支隊(duì)伍中普通又平凡的一員。
借此機(jī)會(huì),首先,我萬分感激校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的信任,把這次重要的發(fā)言托付給我;接下來,十分感謝同事們對(duì)我工作、生活上的關(guān)照;當(dāng)然,也謝謝我七(4)班可愛的孩子們,是你們的樸素、純真和懂事喚起了我內(nèi)心的感動(dòng),使我快速躍過了對(duì)新環(huán)境的適應(yīng)期,讓我進(jìn)入了教師和班主任的角色中。
今天在這,我并不能代表所有充滿愛心和滿懷熱情的新老師,我姑且只談?wù)勛约旱竭_(dá)我們高洲中學(xué)后的見聞與感受。接下來我呈現(xiàn)給大家的,是我這幾天從我們學(xué)校師生身上所見、所聞、所歷的。我也懇請(qǐng)新老師們?cè)徫矣米约旱母杏|“代表”你們的心聲。
作為一名特崗教師,激動(dòng)之余,我內(nèi)心更多了一種使命。自我從事教職的第一天,我便急欲將我的所學(xué)向我們可愛的孩子們“兜售”。通過媒體,我了解到,我們的鄉(xiāng)村教師憑借教育事業(yè)的熱愛和執(zhí)著信念,嘔心瀝血地堅(jiān)守在鄉(xiāng)村校園的講臺(tái)上從未動(dòng)搖,為培養(yǎng)一批批走出鄉(xiāng)村、邁進(jìn)城市、走向世界的優(yōu)秀人才做出了不可磨滅的貢獻(xiàn)。我來自一個(gè)小山村,我崇拜我的恩師們,現(xiàn)在,我要接過恩師們的教鞭,將鄉(xiāng)村教師那無私的愛心,難以割舍的責(zé)任一直傳遞下去,永不言棄。
來到這里就,同事們問我最多的是,我對(duì)這兒的印象。我的回答簡(jiǎn)單而真實(shí),印象很好!可能老師和同學(xué)們覺得我不夠真誠(chéng),然而,每到一個(gè)新地方,我不會(huì)在意這兒的高樓多少,商場(chǎng)幾所,酒店幾家,我只關(guān)注這兒的人,關(guān)注這兒的自然環(huán)境。
這兒的人,淳樸又熱情,彼此間全無生疏、隔閡。忠明老師、小虎老師是我最先接觸的高州人,最先認(rèn)識(shí)的高洲中學(xué)老師,忠明老師30號(hào)冒雨至縣城接我們幾個(gè)特崗教師的情景仍在我眼前不時(shí)閃現(xiàn)。到校后,同事們的笑臉,讓我們幾個(gè)消除了心內(nèi)還未生根的陌生感。在接下來的幾天里,我尤其感受到了同事們對(duì)我們新教師在生活上的關(guān)心與照顧,熱心的照顧使身在異鄉(xiāng)的我全然不覺自己是異客。
高洲的自然環(huán)境,山環(huán)水繞,鳥啁蟲鳴,一眼見到它,沒有誰不會(huì)愛上它。俗語有云,仁者樂山。高洲的群山,孕育了高洲人的淳樸與熱情。沿途領(lǐng)略的美景雖不及此處的十分之一,卻讓我更期待高洲的菜花,黃沙的高天巖。在如此優(yōu)美的環(huán)境下工作與學(xué)習(xí),這于萍鄉(xiāng)市內(nèi)的師生來說,實(shí)在是種奢望。而我卻不必奢望,因?yàn)槲疑硖幤渲;我們同學(xué)更不必奢望,因?yàn)槲覀兊募以诋嬛小?/p>
愛山的孩子室穩(wěn)重的,大氣的,上進(jìn)的。我們同學(xué)立足家鄉(xiāng),終將走出高洲。哪天,你遠(yuǎn)離了家鄉(xiāng),哪天,你終將想念這里的一山一水、一草一木,你懷念這里簡(jiǎn)單而進(jìn)取的村居學(xué)習(xí)生活。作為老師,我預(yù)祝同學(xué)們能在今后的人生路途中一帆風(fēng)順,我更希望我們同學(xué)能用你的所學(xué)為家鄉(xiāng)造福。
熱情高洲,山水高洲,深深吸引并打動(dòng)著我,相信我們新教師和我一樣,深深為這兒所打動(dòng)。請(qǐng)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和我們可愛的孩子們放心,熱愛著高洲的新老師一定會(huì)扎根于此,服務(wù)高洲中學(xué),盡職盡責(zé)做好基層教育工作,為山鄉(xiāng)的孩子們獻(xiàn)出自己的所有心力。
