The theme of this year’s campus talk is set to be “Your Career Life”, designed to focus on "what does it feel like to be a CMT", letting the student candidates to unveil the role and daily working life of being a CMT, through direct face to face communication with both graduated CMTs from different disciplines and HR leaders.

By presentations on Starwood, Corporate Management Training Program, Graduate CMT story sharing, and open Q&A session with both CMTs and HR leaders, you can literally infuse the knowledge of Starwood, its culture and facts, daily operations, while trying to settle your own positioning of where can you fit in and how to smoothly transition from a fresh graduate to an "office white collar".
