（1）業(yè)績要與應聘職位需要的能力緊密相關。如果你應聘文員，就不需要介紹銷售業(yè)績；
�。�2）介紹“你自己”的業(yè)績，而不是團隊業(yè)績，因為用人單位要招聘的是“你”，而不是“你們”；
�。�3）業(yè)績要有量化的數(shù)字，要有具體的證據(jù)。不要用籠統(tǒng)的“很好”、“很多”；也不要用“大概”、“約”、“基本”等概數(shù)，而要用確切的數(shù)字，例如：我一周內(nèi)賣出了34箱方便面；

你在自我介紹時，還應該避開介紹內(nèi)容的禁忌——忌諱主動介紹個人愛好。忌諱使用過多的“我”字眼。忌諱頭重腳輕。忌諱介紹背景而不介紹自己。忌諱夸口。忌諱說謊。忌諱過于簡單，沒有內(nèi)容。
