We strongly encourage advancement within the firm and we offer movement from one area to another (for example, from Audit to Tax), which broadens your skills. 被聘用的畢業(yè)生進入事務所后將接受為期10周的帶薪培訓。其中,畢業(yè)生將用2周時間了解事務所的組織架構,認知―Teamwork and collaboration, Open and honest communication, Continuous learning and active sharing, Recognition and respect, Leaders who serve‖的企業(yè)文化以及―KPMG is the global professional advisory firm whose aim is to turn knowledge into value for the benefit of it's client? it's people? it's community‖的企業(yè)使命。接下來,畢業(yè)生將接受系統(tǒng)的會計、審計知識的培訓,并熟悉畢馬威的審計方法、流程與標準。在此期間,畢業(yè)生都將參 加9月的CPA考試。 在畢馬威,畢業(yè)生接受的更多的還是在職培訓。而在招聘推介會上,經(jīng)理或合伙人已經(jīng)將一個明晰的職業(yè)發(fā)展路徑告訴了每一個學生。在畢馬威,職業(yè)發(fā)展分為了4個階段,在不同的階段,你將接受相應的培訓和教導,以幫助你進入下一個階段的發(fā)展。 畢業(yè)生作為審計員將用2年的時間在事務所內通過完成不同的項目,不斷得到前輩的指導,進行學習、積累。而正是這樣―分享知識,分享信息,共同進步‖的在職多元化學習和培訓,使畢業(yè)生迅速成長為專業(yè)的審計主管,承擔起項目負責人的團隊領導之重任。晉升為經(jīng)理后,畢馬威的培訓在―管理技巧‖方向加大力度。―畢馬威強大的客戶基礎,系統(tǒng)的培訓體制,再加上個人的潛力,為優(yōu)秀職員在10年內成長為合伙人鋪平了道路!瑮詈T品浅?隙ǖ財嘌。職業(yè)發(fā)展 晉升:優(yōu)秀的員工8年可發(fā)展成合伙人 隨著業(yè)務的快速發(fā)展,也給員工的晉升帶來了巨大的發(fā)展機會。跟其他一般的企業(yè)不同的是,員工的發(fā)展不會受到崗位的限制,比如,公司只有一個總經(jīng)理,若這個總經(jīng)理不離開,下面的員工將不可能晉升到這個職位。而在畢馬威,各個崗位的人數(shù)都是開放的,只要員工達到了上一級崗位的要求,就可晉升。據(jù)悉,僅去年一年,畢馬威就提拔了40、50個合伙人,目前,畢馬威在大中華區(qū)共有154名合伙人。其中,發(fā)展最快的一個員工,僅8年的時間,就從最低層的員工,發(fā)展成了合伙人。當問及―合伙人的數(shù)量,是不是與員工總數(shù)之間有一定的比例‖時,蔡廷基說,實際上,畢馬威對于此并沒有嚴格的規(guī)定,合伙人的提撥,主要根據(jù)業(yè)務發(fā)展的需要而定。合伙人視點:員工需學會時間管理 針對社會上普遍反映的―四大會計事務所,經(jīng)常加班加點的問題‖,蔡廷基說,這關鍵的是員工要平衡好自己的工作與生活,這需要企業(yè)和員工雙方的努力。為此,畢馬威專門成立了工作環(huán)境改善小組,來協(xié)助員工平衡工作和生活 。員工有壓力的時候,多和主管進行溝通。另外,對員工而言,也要自己學會時間管理。其實,一個人的工作量是固定的,如何合理的安排自己的工作,做好時間管理,是每個員工都要學習的技巧。 為了保留住優(yōu)秀的員工,畢馬威一直提倡―穩(wěn)定性‖,保障員工最基本的―安全感‖。企業(yè)不會因為某個時期的經(jīng)濟蕭條、公司業(yè)務的變動,而影響員工的福利待遇。比如,非典時期,公司的業(yè)務急劇下降,但在此期間,公司沒有辭退一個人,也沒有減薪。
網(wǎng)申&Open Question 性格測試 在問題方面,畢馬威要求畢業(yè)生如實填寫是否有犯罪記錄、是否有在香港工作的許可、是否能在中國其他城市工作、是否參與了本公司的暑期實習的問題。KP的網(wǎng)申是四家里最為麻煩的。除了正常的資料以后,還要英文輸入科目和成績。 通過open question了解應聘者的擇業(yè)標準、價值觀、興趣愛好等,是篩選網(wǎng)申者的重要標準。參加過畢馬威實習項目的學生,在申請時占有優(yōu)勢。
KPMG的Open Question: 1. Please give a brief summary of your current recreational and leisure activities including sports and hobbies 2. What clubs and societies are you a member of and in what capacity? 3. What factors have influenced your career choice? 4 . Outline your career ambition and objectives 5. Describe your greatest success or a situation where you exceeded your own expectation
筆試 畢馬威的筆試采用的是SHL的試題,分為verbal和number兩個部分,時間有限,一般做不完,主要考察英文閱讀能力、邏輯能力、數(shù)字能力和準確率。 第一部分是數(shù)學推理,中文,35分鐘,35道題。均是加減乘除運算,很簡單但時間比較緊,圖表題,數(shù)據(jù)很多,看你處理速度如何。 第二部分就是四大基本都會考的verbal test(英文閱讀),類似于判斷,一共給了12段話,18分鐘,32個選擇題,讓你根據(jù)原文進行判斷選擇(true, false, notgi
ven)。其中前8篇每篇三題,后4篇每篇2題。 在這一關80%的人,無法進入下一輪。面試 第一輪面試: 8人圍一圓桌,45分鐘group discussion,15分鐘看材料,30分鐘中文討論,不需要指定一個leader或做presentation,每人有兩支鉛筆,兩張白紙(其中一張用來做名牌)和一個計算器。,四個manager坐在角落,一個盯兩個。 討論結束后就是一個20分鐘的one to one interview。會問一些很basic的問題。會涉及―公司事業(yè)在中國的發(fā)展前景‖和一些專業(yè)相關的知識等的問題,但不會考非常專業(yè)的難題。然后主要考察求職是對審計稅務工作有足夠的興趣,還是光沖著―四大‖的名氣和薪酬來的。專業(yè)不對口的應聘者一定會問why audit/tax這類問題。真正對這行感興趣、早有進入這行業(yè)工作打算的畢業(yè)生,即使不是相關專業(yè),也會在大學四年不斷關注這行的信息和基礎知識,臨時抱佛腳的學生即使英語等能力再優(yōu)秀,也不會是有忠誠度的好員工。
