英語面試技巧,你知道多少?
My best professional advice is to practice many times and for a long time, maybe 10-20x longer than the actual interview time itself. It is a stressful experience for everyone with so much at stake. You want to be well poised, calm, comfortable and be able to answer easy and harder questions as fully as possible. There are numerous lists of interview questions you can find with an internet search. Try to choose a set which are general in nature and also narrowly focused on the industry and position you are applying for. Also look at your resume critically and make educated guesses about what an interviewer will need more detail on. It could be because one job period was very short or long, it could be because some achievements in a specific role were very good, it could be because you have switched jobs or industries a few times and the employer wants to develop confidence that you are understanding better where your long term aspirations lie.

熟悉首因效應(yīng)原理的同學(xué)們都知道,這是第一印象的魔力。
因此,在面試的考場上,我們也要盡量把自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)放大在第一印象時(shí)。而面試中的第一印象的`塑造,卻往往是考生容易忽略的一環(huán)——外式打造。
提及外式打造,很多考生首先想到的是衣著服飾。關(guān)于這點(diǎn),無論是銀行面試現(xiàn)場,抑或是企業(yè)招聘面試考核,都已經(jīng)是不成文的硬性規(guī)定了,以下幾個(gè)詞足以概括,即:“符合身份、干凈整潔、大方得體”。在這里,還提醒考生一點(diǎn),就是關(guān)于發(fā)型的打理。一般來說,女生以無劉海馬尾辮為佳,男生則以板寸頭為好。但是,從美學(xué)角度來說,還要與每個(gè)人的臉型相互搭配,考生可以酌情打理。
除了衣著服飾的硬性要求,還要懂得關(guān)于語音、語調(diào)、表情以及肢體元素的重要性。
首先,話不一定要說太多,但務(wù)必要有穿透力。所謂穿透力,即考生問候、答題時(shí)不要猶豫彷徨,不要吞吞吐吐,不要?dú)馓摬环(wěn)。總而言之,開口之時(shí)就是展現(xiàn)自我的起點(diǎn),要對自己充分認(rèn)可,語音要體現(xiàn)出鏗鏘、堅(jiān)定之感。如此,即便有些考生因?yàn)槁晭У南忍炀窒逕o法大聲說話,也不會影響考官的語音體驗(yàn)。
其次,語調(diào)無需浮夸,但務(wù)必要抑揚(yáng)頓挫。在我們中小學(xué)的語文課堂上,那些上課時(shí)熱情飽滿的老師總讓我們無法忘卻。同理,在銀行面試中,考官也會對充滿熱情、答題精準(zhǔn)的考生記憶猶新。倘若在面試現(xiàn)場考生答題寡淡無味、平鋪直敘,那么,考官可能會因此而失去耐心傾聽的興趣。
再次,表情無需豐富,但務(wù)必要?jiǎng)又郧。一場面試中,往往會出現(xiàn)一些偏感性色彩的題目,此時(shí)如果考生過分嚴(yán)肅,而未以真情實(shí)感來回答考官,那么在你與考官之間會豎起隱形屏障,讓考官無法感受到在未來的銀行崗位上,你可以擔(dān)負(fù)起情系于民的重則。因此,當(dāng)被問及一些傷感、喜悅、悲憤類的情緒型問題時(shí),考生大可略微放開自進(jìn)場以來端起的“架子”,以真情讓考官為之動容。
