1.名字。有7種寫(xiě)法,我們認(rèn)為都有可接受的原因,或適合用的地方,比如說(shuō)第四種--Yang Li (李陽(yáng)),很方便招聘人員,尤其是人事部經(jīng)理為中國(guó)人,聲調(diào)弄錯(cuò)了或者名和姓搞不清楚,會(huì)很尷尬;但標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的、外資公司流行的、大家約定俗成的簡(jiǎn)歷中的名字寫(xiě)法,則是第二種,YANG LI。
我們?cè)趯忛喠舜罅康闹袊?guó)人的簡(jiǎn)歷之后,發(fā)現(xiàn)一個(gè)非常值得糾正的地方,就是有人用粵語(yǔ)拼寫(xiě)自己的姓氏。比如,王寫(xiě)成Wong,李寫(xiě)成Lee。這里要告訴大家兩點(diǎn):一個(gè)是這只是香港人的拼法,并不是國(guó)際的拼法;第二是將來(lái)您辦護(hù)照準(zhǔn)備出國(guó)時(shí),公安局是不會(huì)批準(zhǔn)您用粵語(yǔ)拼音的。但是,我們也見(jiàn)到一些出過(guò)國(guó)的中國(guó)人,由于種種原因,他們的姓和漢語(yǔ)拼音并不一樣,那是各有各的原因,我們建議不用漢語(yǔ)拼音以外的寫(xiě)法。
另外,也發(fā)現(xiàn)有少量一部分人用外國(guó)人的姓,如Mary Smith,也是非常不可取的。因?yàn)槿绻阌猛鈬?guó)人的姓,別人會(huì)認(rèn)為你是外國(guó)人,或者你父親是外國(guó)人,或者你嫁給了外國(guó)人。名字用英文是很常見(jiàn)的,也是很方便的,尤其是名字拼音的第一個(gè)字母是q、x或z,老外們很難發(fā)出正確讀音的字母。有個(gè)叫王強(qiáng)的先生,名片上印著John Wang,這樣,中外人士叫起來(lái)都很方便。
名和姓之間,如果有英文名,中文名可以加,也可以不加,或者用拼音的第一個(gè)字母簡(jiǎn)稱。
雙字名,也有四種寫(xiě)法,我們建議用第三種,Xiaofeng,最簡(jiǎn)單方便。大家一看就知是名而不是姓,要不然,大家有可能會(huì)誤認(rèn)為你是姓肖的。
2.地址。北京以后要寫(xiě)中國(guó)。很多人說(shuō):“誰(shuí)不知道北京呀!”但一個(gè)完整的地址、全球暢通的郵址應(yīng)該是加國(guó)名的,但不必用PRC等,因?yàn)橛肅hina簡(jiǎn)單清楚。郵編的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)寫(xiě)法是放在省市名與國(guó)名之間,起碼放在China之前,因?yàn)槭侵袊?guó)境內(nèi)的郵編。
3.電話。寫(xiě)法很有講究,中國(guó)人名片中的電話經(jīng)常寫(xiě)得不清楚、不專業(yè),有幾點(diǎn)提醒大家注意。
1)前面一定加地區(qū)號(hào),如(86-10)。因?yàn)槟窃谙蛲鈬?guó)公司求職,您的簡(jiǎn)歷很可能被傳真到倫敦、紐約,大家不知道您的地區(qū)號(hào),也沒(méi)有時(shí)間去查,如果另一位求職者的電話有地區(qū)號(hào),招聘者很可能先和這個(gè)人溝通。另外,國(guó)外很流行“user friendly”,即想盡辦法給對(duì)方創(chuàng)造便利,尤其是在找工作時(shí),更要加深這一意識(shí)。用中國(guó)人的思維邏輯來(lái)解釋,"是你求他,而不是他求你"。
2)8個(gè)號(hào)碼之間加一個(gè)“-”,如6505-2266。這樣,認(rèn)讀撥打起來(lái)比較容易,否則,第一次打可能會(huì)看錯(cuò)位。
3)區(qū)號(hào)后的括號(hào)和號(hào)碼間加空格,如(86-10) 6505-2266。這是英文寫(xiě)作格式的規(guī)定,很多人忽略了,甚至不知道。
4)寫(xiě)手機(jī)或者向別人通報(bào)手機(jī)時(shí),也有一定的規(guī)范,要用“3-3-4原則”,如“138-135-1234”。也有人5個(gè)5個(gè)的念,會(huì)造成兩個(gè)結(jié)果:一是字?jǐn)?shù)越多越不容易記全,甚至出錯(cuò),降低效率,有的人還念得特快;二是有人總結(jié)說(shuō),這是臺(tái)灣人的念法,帶有很濃的地方色彩。我們追求的是國(guó)際規(guī)范。
5)傳真號(hào)千萬(wàn)不要留辦公室的.,免得辦公室的同事都知道你想跳槽。如果家里有傳真號(hào),最好告訴對(duì)方,萬(wàn)一他找不到你,可以發(fā)幾個(gè)字,比較快;將來(lái)對(duì)方發(fā)聘書(shū)或材料時(shí),比較方便。不要等到將來(lái)再給,我們應(yīng)該從現(xiàn)在起就培養(yǎng)“user friendly”的意識(shí),處處方便對(duì)方。
6)國(guó)外很流行留言電話,有人為找工作,專門(mén)去買(mǎi)留言電話。這里順帶講一下留言文化,中國(guó)人甚至包括很多亞洲人,都不習(xí)慣使用留言電話,但隨著國(guó)際間商業(yè)文化交往的增多,愿意在電話中留言的人越來(lái)越多了,留言技巧也越來(lái)越高了。
7)家中老人試寫(xiě)留言條。經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)這么一種情況:您出門(mén)了,朋友打來(lái)電話,回來(lái)時(shí),媽媽告訴你:“今天有人來(lái)電話找你。”你會(huì)問(wèn):“誰(shuí)來(lái)的?”一般她只會(huì)告訴你:“是個(gè)男的”或“是個(gè)女的”,當(dāng)你問(wèn)到:“您怎么不問(wèn)一問(wèn)他的電話呀?”,媽媽往往會(huì)回答:“我還沒(méi)問(wèn)呢,他就掛了。”這里我們要說(shuō)兩點(diǎn):一是要跟家長(zhǎng)交流一下寫(xiě)留言條的方式,就是怎么接聽(tīng)電話及寫(xiě)留言條;第二,這里有一個(gè)中國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)觀念。以前,只有辦公室才有電話,打電話來(lái)的人一般都是找你辦事的,接聽(tīng)電話的人總覺(jué)得高高在上,并且形成了習(xí)慣。這種習(xí)慣帶到家里,甚至在年輕一代中也很流行。很多人接聽(tīng)電話時(shí),若沒(méi)能及時(shí)識(shí)別出對(duì)方身份,起初語(yǔ)氣往往非常冷漠。在這里,我們向全社會(huì)建議:任何給您打電話的人,都有可能是您的朋友、同事或者合作伙伴,即便目前不是,將來(lái)大部分都有可能成為他們中的一員,所以,務(wù)必?zé)崆閷?duì)待每一個(gè)電話。另外,換個(gè)角度想:如果您打電話給別人,別人是這樣的態(tài)度,您又會(huì)作何感想呢?我們要在全社會(huì)提倡一種禮貌熱情的電話語(yǔ)言。
