如何在面試中稱呼面試官呢
面試中如果一開始稱呼面試中就沒做好,容易出現(xiàn)尷尬的局面,一出現(xiàn)這種情況,如果你沒應(yīng)變能力不夠的強(qiáng)的,氣氛就容易怪怪的,所以我們一定要盡量避免這種情況的發(fā)生。那么如何在面試中稱呼面試官呢?
1、如果在面試前知道面試官的姓氏,如果是男士,可以稱呼為例如“李先生”。如果面試官是女士,請不要用“小姐”、“女士”這樣的稱謂。如果知道面試官的具體職位,如:人力資源經(jīng)理,可以稱呼對方為例如“王經(jīng)理”。如果對方職位不高,切勿稱呼對方為例如“楊助理”。
2、一般來說,剛剛進(jìn)去面試的時候,可能還不知道面對的是誰,所以進(jìn)去以后,如果面試官是一個人,那么就稱呼“您好!”,在面試的過程中,面試官會自我介紹,所以在面試結(jié)束的時候,可以稱呼對方“姓+職務(wù)”,例如:陳經(jīng)理,道謝并且說再見。
如果面試官有好幾個人,就稱呼“各位老師好!”,面試結(jié)束的時候,如果面試官只是2、3人,并且您也記得他們各自的信息,那就和之前一樣,稱呼“姓+職務(wù)”,道謝并且說再見,如果人多的話,還是直接稱呼“各位老師”比較好,不用一個個打招呼。
3、或者,可以事先面試前問一下姓名,交換名片等,如果是外企可以直接稱英文名,如果是民營企業(yè)的話可以叫XX先生,XX小姐/女士。
如果當(dāng)坐在你面前的這位面試官具備這樣幾個特征:
(1)從來沒有在其他場合見過。
(2)不知道其姓氏。
(3)不知道其職位。
那么,在這樣的.情況下應(yīng)該如何稱呼面試官呢?這種具有普遍性質(zhì)的情況,當(dāng)你見到面試官后,可以直接稱呼“您好”,也可以叫“老師”,如果你是應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生的話叫“老師”會更親切一點(diǎn),而且也表示對對方的一種尊重,因?yàn)槟闶莿偨佑|社會,那么所有比你年長的人都可以稱之為你的老師,所以我想的話稱呼“老師”也未嘗不可的。
