面試失敗的六個原因
1、你看來有點“老土”
你的服裝可能已經(jīng)過時，一定要注意你的衣服，還有你的眼鏡、公文包，你的襯衫、套裝一定要經(jīng)過專業(yè)洗滌、熨燙。
2、你缺乏定位
你看起來太像一個“雜家”，什么都能干，各方面都懂一點，但什么都不精，你也說不清楚你到底想干什么，什么地方適合你，沒有準(zhǔn)確的定位，你就會表現(xiàn)的很隨便，談話沒有重點，公司自然認為缺乏明確目標(biāo)，你需要認真的做一下求職目標(biāo)分析，搞清楚你到底想干什么，適合干什么。
3、你推銷太過份了
求職就是一個自我推銷過程，你太想做成這一單，在推銷自己的過程中表現(xiàn)過分，太著急、太渴望得到這份工作，結(jié)果是會被認為身陷絕境，別無選擇，設(shè)計一份有影響力的、以成就為中心的'簡歷，利用簡歷完成大部分推銷事務(wù)，面試的時候，多聽少說，80%聽，20%說。
4、你要的錢太多
不要以你以前的工資作為確定你薪水要求的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。人才市場的行情可能已經(jīng)變了，具有你這樣技能的人可能已經(jīng)供大于求，做一個快速的薪水調(diào)查，看看現(xiàn)在的你市場價是多少，問問公司準(zhǔn)備為這個職位付多少錢，在薪水問題上保持適當(dāng)?shù)撵`活性，你可能給人的感覺是只關(guān)心薪水、待遇，而不太關(guān)心你能給公司做什么貢獻。
5、好像很難和你打交道
在幾次面試中，公司有很多機會發(fā)現(xiàn)你的弱點、性格缺陷和不良習(xí)慣，例如：傲慢、缺乏耐心等等。你必須表現(xiàn)得容易相處、密切配合、記充分協(xié)作。
6、公司里有人不喜歡你
有許多公司，只有內(nèi)部看法一致才會做出決定雇傭一個人，也就是說幾乎每個人都要喜歡你，技術(shù)人員通常認為駢的經(jīng)歷就能說明一切，但事實上興能干還遠遠不夠，在今天的團隊環(huán)境中，你要盡最大努力，讓你遇到的每個人，從接待員到總經(jīng)理都喜歡你。
