教你在面試中“察顏觀色”
要提高求職的成功率，除了必要的專業(yè)知識和面試準備、良好的心理素質(zhì)和合適的儀表等不可或缺的.要素外，求職者還要學會在面試時候“察顏觀色”。
在面試中，單位和求職者直接見面，形成了一個人際互動的局面，求職者學會如何看懂對方的“臉色”，也是求職過程中不可忽視的一項能力。因為面試官在與求職者交談過程中，他的臉色、神態(tài)和舉止也相應(yīng)地表達了他的想法和意圖。
有時候，求職者在面試中介紹自身的某個特長，面試官卻不時地移開目光，那么他很可能對求職者的介紹并沒有特別在意或沒有興趣，求職者應(yīng)當盡快跳過，看是否還有值得向他介紹的其他信息。有時，面試官一再詢問求職者是否擁有英語四六級、計算機或其他門類等級證書等，很顯然，該公司著重想招聘的是復合型的人才，求職者應(yīng)該把獲得的證書一個不少地展示出來，把自身的特長一一介紹出來。
再如，求職者在表述出自己的薪水和待遇等方面的要求后，對方面露難色，或者是態(tài)度沒有剛才自然，那么說明對方在這個問題上持保留意見。假如低于這個薪水，求職者確實感到不甚滿意，可以直接說出來，看對方如何對答。假如這個職位在發(fā)展前景上很有潛力，那么求職者在此時就應(yīng)該巧妙地表示愿意放低一點要求，從而避免僅僅因薪水問題上的小小分歧而錯過一個不錯的職位。當然，想真正解讀出對方的心意，有時不能只聽他說了哪些話，更要緊地是看他是如何表述這些話的。這點需要求職者盡量多到求職場上“實戰(zhàn)”，才能更好地把握“察顏觀色”這項求職技能。
