溫馨提示:面試時問缺點怎么回答?
1、 根據(jù)HR水平給予不同的回答
前面筆者說了,這真的是一個很low的問題,所以問這個問題的可能是HR小白,這個情況你需要表達(dá)的.真誠一點讓HR知道你尊重他并且在認(rèn)真回答他的問題,就說一些無關(guān)緊要,或者把優(yōu)點偽裝成缺點也ok。
但是假如HR是個非常專業(yè)且經(jīng)驗豐富的話,一定要慎重回答,要么他已經(jīng)看出你的問題,要么就是看你有沒有機智表現(xiàn)的能力。但是切記不要耍小聰明,他們會一眼看出來并覺得你不真誠。
2、 避開所應(yīng)聘職位最忌諱的缺點
如果你犯這個錯誤,筆者只能說你不適合在職場混。如果你應(yīng)聘的是銷售,卻告訴HR你不善言辭,不擅長人際交往,那么HR想幫你也不能了。所以缺點可以說,但一定即能表達(dá)真誠,又無傷大雅。
這里有一點需要注意,有些HR會直接問你關(guān)于職位或者是個人的缺點,而有些則不會這么局限,你盡量回答關(guān)于個人的一些對他人無影響的缺點即可。
3、 在沒有特點限制的情況下盡量以過去時態(tài)回答
比如你的缺點是比較缺乏變通。那么你可以用過去式描述,告訴對方之前跟領(lǐng)導(dǎo)溝通中發(fā)現(xiàn)自己這個缺點,如果可以拿實際例子說明更好。但是一定要是一個好結(jié)果的例子。
千萬別以最后跟領(lǐng)導(dǎo)死犟為結(jié)局講給HR聽,而應(yīng)該以開始反思自己這個缺點,最終和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)達(dá)成共識為結(jié)尾,這樣會讓HR知道你最終還是會尊重領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的意見,而不是一意孤行。
