  I am among those who once have made their mind will never change it. I will try my best and do a lot of preparation for my goal. Perseverance characteristic helps me a lot on my way to success. As my major is business management, I have the knowledge in both English and business. The part-time experience makes me know how to sell the produces to customers, how to communicate with customers and how to attract them. Furthermore, I’ve learnt a lot of selling skills from these experiences.

  一、回顧過去

  首先,列出之前你的工作經(jīng)歷及教育背景。接著,寫上所有具體的信息,包括以前任職的公司信息,當(dāng)時的頭銜和職責(zé)范圍,取得的成績?nèi)绾,獲得的證書以及教育程度。

  二、表明目標(biāo)

  目標(biāo)也就是求職要求。你在求職的時候,一般雇主都想知道你的職業(yè)規(guī)劃。這有助于他們了解你是否是此職位的最佳人選。在你簡歷的開頭你需要寫上“Objective”,然后簡短地寫下你的求職要求,例如“To work in a dynamic marketing department.”會讓人感覺你是個喜歡挑戰(zhàn)、充滿活力的人。

  三、職責(zé)或是成就

  職責(zé)就是分配的任務(wù),而成就是你取得的成績--你努力后的成果。雇主們都想知道你過去的工作職責(zé)是什么,他們對你曾經(jīng)取得的成績更感興趣。因此你在描述過去的工作時,那就稍作渲染一番吧!比如說:你過去的一項職責(zé)是人員安排,而你解決了一個很大的問題。你就可以寫:“Solved scheduling conflict.”(解決過人員配置沖突)

  四、調(diào)整簡歷格式

  因為要在有限的篇幅內(nèi)表達盡可能多的內(nèi)容,所以在書寫簡歷時,你可以使用縮寫或是省略語。你可以略去句子的主語(比如,I,my manager),物主代詞(my/mine, his/hers)甚至有時候可以省略冠詞(the, a)。如果你想在一句話中列出一項以上的成績,你可以用分號來代替'and'。比如:“I led an important project and my manager gave me an award”就可以寫成“Led key project; awarded by manager.”

  五、使用行為動詞

  行為動詞表示某個特定動作,例如:solved, managed, initiated, accomplished,而am, was, have和had之類是被動動詞。在簡歷中使用行為動詞,會讓你看起來像一個目標(biāo)明確、充滿活力的人,而這樣的人正是絕佳的招聘對象。比如:“Managed a team of 20 employees”聽起來就要比“Was in charge of 20 employees.”更為有力。
