Good afternoon,ladies and gentlemen,
Welcome to this year's English speech competition.
This year's topic is "the English novel I like best” . is a really interesting topic. Taking part in this competition is not only a great opportunity for you to improve both your spoken English and listening ability,but also does good to helping you develop a great reading habit. In this contest, the time of every participant's speech will be limited within 5 minutes. Every participant is expected to speak fluently,and your pronunciation should be as precise as possible. I hope everybody can share your favorite English novel,show your speech talent and make friends with each other. At last, I sincerely hope that this year's English speech competition will be a great success.
