　　I live in a city, since I was small, I witnessed all thethings happened in this city.

　　I had a holiday on national day, October, 1st.

　　I stayed at home to watch the military review withmy family, because I thought the outside must becrowded.

　　Before that day, I had never seen such kind of TVprogram. I thought they must be boring.

　　But when I saw the beautiful scene, solemn army and advanced weapons, I was very excitedand proud.

　　In order to keep fit, some teenagers ignorebreakfast, they think the less they eat, the fitter theybecome.

　　It is totally wrong idea, the doctor says in thenewspaper that breakfast is very important forpeople’s health, in the morning, people need energy,after a night’s sleeping, the stomach is empty.

　　So if not filling breakfast, people’s body will get weaker.

　　We can eat less food in lunch and dinner, but not in breakfast.

　　It is said that some will get fat if they don’t have breakfast, because the diet is not balanced,the body takes in more than what they need.

　　So in order to keep fit, we should have breakfast.

　　When someone asks me: What is your Chinesedream? I will answer it without any hesitation: tobe a good doctor.

　　The reason why I want to be a doctor is that I wantto save people’s lives as possible as I can.

　　When I was young, I had a terrible car accident. Thanks to the doctors, they brought me backto life.
