英文面試問題
1.Why do you want this job questions, such as:
“Why did you choose to work in this industry?”
“Why are you leaving your current job?”
“What are your key concerns about accepting a position in this company?”
1.面試問題有很多種:
“為什么選擇在這個行業(yè)工作?”
“為什么離開之前的單位?”

2.Questions about your last job, such as:

留學(xué)英文面試常見問題
1. What is important to you in a job?
Mention specific rewards other than a paycheck for example, challenge, the feeling of accomplishment, and knowing that you have made a contribution.
2. Why do you want to work for this organization?
Cite its reputation, the opportunities it offers, and the working conditions. Stress that you want to work for this organization, not just any organization.
3. Why should we employ you?
Point to your academic preparation, job skills, and enthusiasm about working for the firm. Mention your performance in school or previous employment as evidence of your ability to learn and to become productive quickly. If the job involves management responsibilities, refer to past activities as proof of your ability to get along with others and to work as part of a team.
4. If we hire you, how long will you stay with us?
Answer by saying along these lines: "As long as my position here allows me to learn and to advance at a pace with my abilities."
5. Can we offer you a career path?
Reply: "I believe you could, once I know the normal progression within the organization. Can you tell me about it?" The answer may be revealing.
6. What are your greatest strengths?
Give a response like one of the following: "I can see what needs to be done and do it", "Im wiling to make decisions", "I work well with others," "I can organize my time efficiently."
7. Where do you want to be five years from now?
Saying that youd like to be president is unrealistic, yet few employers want people who are content to sit still. You might say, "in five years, Id like to have my bosss job. " If you cant qualify for your bosss job by then, you may not be the fright candidate.
8. What are your salary expectations?
If you are asked this at the outset, its best to say, "Why dont we discuss salary after you decide whether Im right for the job? "But if the interviewer asks this after showing real interest in you, speak up. She or he will probably try to meet your price. If you need a clue about what to ask for, say, " Can you discuss your salary range with me?"
9. What would you do if....?
This question is designed to test your reposes. For example: "What would you do if your computer broke down during an audit?" Your answer there isnt nearly so important as your approach to the problem. And a calm approach is best. Start by saying, "One thing I might do is ..." Then give several alternative choices.
10. What type of position are you interested in?
Job titles and responsibilities vary from firm to firm . So state your skills instead, such as "Im good at figure work," and the positions that require these skills , such as "accounts payable."
英語機構(gòu)面試的問題
1.Tell me about yourself.
這是面試問題中的經(jīng)典頭道“開胃菜”,主要考察求職者的個性是否符合公司的企業(yè)文化,所以回答時要盡量貼近這個公司的情況來推銷自己。比如這個公司屬于汽車行業(yè),那么你就該回答:“Driving is my hobby. I really love the feeling of running on the road and I take cars as my best friends.”要找到自己跟這個公司的切合點,讓面試官了解你適合這個環(huán)境。
2.What are your three greatest strengths?
回答這個問題時不可以只是簡單回答:“I’m really organized, punctual and get along well with others.”簡潔、精煉找到這個公司所看重的特長,是回答這個問題的關(guān)鍵。像要應(yīng)聘金融行業(yè),可以說:“I think my three strongest strengths are details-oriental, patient and cautious.”但如果應(yīng)聘者是一個銷售精英,可以說:“I think my strongest strengths are aggressive, hard working and communicative.”總之,需要考慮到應(yīng)聘公司及職務(wù)的需要來選擇表現(xiàn)自己的優(yōu)勢。
3.What are your three greatest weaknesses?
鐵蕓強調(diào),老板都愿意找到一個了解、熱愛工作,并能夠為公司創(chuàng)造價值的員工。所以不要很誠實地把自己的毛病都暴露出來,而是要有策略地選擇一些能夠為自己加分的缺點。比如:“I am a perfectionist and I pay very much attention to details. Sometimes I am quite captious.”
4.Why are you interested in working for our company?
此問題主要考察應(yīng)聘者是否了解這個工作,或者是否真正有興趣,所以需要圍繞整個公司的具體情況,讓面試官知道你很清楚這個公司的運營模式,以及對這項工作非常積極。建議不要以“It seemed like a career move.”或是“I havent been able to find anything else interesting.”為開始。如果能有一些實際回答的話,加分會更多。應(yīng)聘者可以這樣回答:“I read an article in the newspaper and was very impressed by ……”但是前提是你必須真的對這家公司作了研究,同時也要注意,不要讓面試官覺得你是為了討好面試官而言過其實。
5.Why did you leave your last job?
跳槽的原因可能是因為上一份工作非常糟糕,但面試并不是適合抱怨的場合,而且千萬不要對現(xiàn)有或是過去的雇主或同事進(jìn)行這樣的評論:“I didnt agree with the companys direction.”“I got no recognition for my work.”“My boss was totally unreasonable.”鐵蕓建議,要從自身發(fā)展的角度出發(fā)來回答:“I love my last job and really learned a lot from it, but I need a new platform and bigger space to make my career successful.”總之,要讓面試官知道,以前的公司在你的眼中并非一錢不值,你是懷著感激來評價他們的。
6.If we hire you,how long will you stay with us?
老板想知道你會不會像離開上一份工作那樣很快也離開這家公司,你可以回答:“As long as my position here allows me to learn and to advance at a pace with my abilities. ”這樣就告訴老板,你是希望同公司一起成長,不會輕易地離開。
