我國女大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)分析
摘 要: “女大學(xué)生就業(yè)難”問題成了1個不容忽視的問題,引起了社會的廣泛關(guān)注。由于經(jīng)濟(jì)因素、用人單位及大學(xué)生本身等因素的制約,在當(dāng)前大學(xué)生就業(yè)的整體形勢10分嚴(yán)峻的情況下,女大學(xué)生就業(yè)更是難上加難。筆者運用供求關(guān)系、勞動力使用成本差異、失業(yè)理論、性別工資差異模型、貝克爾的歧視理論對女大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的問題進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)分析,從而提出從根本上改善女大學(xué)生就業(yè)難問題的對策。

The economic analysis of the female university students employment
Abstract: Restricted by the factor of economy, units of employment and female university students and themselves, etc. The whole employment situation of female university students is very severe at present. It is extremely more difficult for female university students to obtain employment. The relations of supply and demand, unemployment theory and Beckers discrimination theory have been used to analyze the difficulty for women college students in obtaining employment. Some measures to solve this difficult problem are proposed.
