美國畢業(yè)典禮邀請函模板

　　留學(xué)美國學(xué)生畢業(yè)典禮上希望家人能參加，這就需要辦理面簽，而面簽時需要攜帶學(xué)校邀請函才能辦理。美國大學(xué)畢業(yè)典禮莊嚴(yán)隆重，給很多畢業(yè)生留下畢業(yè)美好的印象。越來越多的美國留學(xué)生家長也希望能像美國家長那樣，能夠參加孩子的畢業(yè)典禮。

　　美國駐華使館13日發(fā)布“簽證貼心提示”，提醒那些想在5月去美國參加子女畢業(yè)典禮的父母和家人，要盡量提前預(yù)約面談。

　　面談時，申請人除帶護(hù)照、申請表格確認(rèn)頁、申請費收據(jù)及其他在中國有約束力的材料證明外，使館簽證官建議攜帶一份子女在美國就讀學(xué)校的“畢業(yè)典禮邀請信”。據(jù)悉，美國學(xué)校通常都會為學(xué)生出具一份邀請家人參加畢業(yè)典禮的信函。

　　預(yù)約面談前，家長要先繳簽證費。去年底開始，為提高簽證效率，美國駐華使館調(diào)整了簽證程序。新預(yù)約簽證程序要求申請人在預(yù)約簽證面談時向話務(wù)中心客服代表提供簽證費收據(jù)號碼。當(dāng)打電話預(yù)約面談時，申請人會被問及相關(guān)識別信息，如：姓名、護(hù)照號碼、簽證費收據(jù)號碼等。預(yù)約中心將按申請人所選擇的美國使領(lǐng)館為其安排面談的日期及時間。面談時，簽證官會將申請人的預(yù)約信息和中信銀行簽證費收據(jù)上的姓名進(jìn)行核對。只有信息相符的申請人才能進(jìn)行面談。

　　美國駐華大使館簽證處處長表示，簽證處一直注重以多種方式提供有關(guān)美國簽證的信息。申請人可以隨時瀏覽使館網(wǎng)站，也可發(fā)送傳真、電子郵件進(jìn)行咨詢，并可以通過博客、微博渠道與簽證官交流。

　　months and representative pay stubs in 2007 and 2008;

　　3. Bank statement and online transaction history of XXX Bank, over

　　US$ XXX in cash;

　　4. Photocopies of my passport, latest I-94, latest student visa, and I-20

　　form;

　　5. Photocopies of my social security card, medical insurance card, and
