P&G筆試面試經(jīng)驗(yàn)
剛剛搜索了一下,似乎沒(méi)有看到本校的師兄師姐給出過(guò)pg的面經(jīng)。網(wǎng)上有很多關(guān)于pg的,看過(guò)不少,幫助很大。今年的招聘跟往年有些差別,所以把自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)跟大家分享,希望對(duì)以后的學(xué)弟學(xué)妹有幫助。
PG筆試面試經(jīng)驗(yàn)
大家都知道pg會(huì)在9月底10月初的時(shí)候開(kāi)始網(wǎng)申。這里尤其提醒當(dāng)時(shí)研二和大三的同學(xué),pg的招聘是全職和實(shí)習(xí)一起的,而且實(shí)習(xí)只針對(duì)研二和大三,等于多了一次機(jī)會(huì),如果準(zhǔn)備進(jìn)pg,那么不要錯(cuò)過(guò)。即使沒(méi)有最終拿到offer,至少也有一段非常不錯(cuò)的經(jīng)歷,也為來(lái)年再戰(zhàn)打個(gè)基礎(chǔ)。我今年就是研二,非常幸運(yùn),拿到了pg的offer。
第一步:網(wǎng)申
由于網(wǎng)申時(shí)間每年固定,所以有想法的同學(xué)就要留意了,提前把簡(jiǎn)歷做好,不要到了最后時(shí)間才開(kāi)始手忙腳亂的準(zhǔn)備,那樣可能比較倉(cāng)促了。一般都是到了十一長(zhǎng)假結(jié)束時(shí),網(wǎng)申也就截至了。凡事預(yù)則立。有一點(diǎn)需要注意的是pg不接受校園網(wǎng)的申請(qǐng),主頁(yè)上的解釋是鏈接不穩(wěn)定,所以盡量選擇網(wǎng)吧或者用自己的貓撥號(hào)。我有的朋友就是因?yàn)檫@個(gè)吃虧了。
簡(jiǎn)歷的制作就因人而異了,網(wǎng)上也有很多漂亮的模版。建議大家爭(zhēng)取壓縮到一頁(yè)紙。要突出重點(diǎn),pg特別強(qiáng)調(diào)的能力包括領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力,團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力,解決難題能力以及溝通交流能力,這些重點(diǎn)一定要鮮明的表現(xiàn)出來(lái),不然就會(huì)淹沒(méi)在四千多份簡(jiǎn)歷的海洋中了。除了簡(jiǎn)歷,pg要求網(wǎng)申人員填寫(xiě)性格測(cè)試題目,好像是63題(或者53,沒(méi)記清),鑒于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的原因,大概需要半個(gè)小時(shí)到40分鐘才可以完全填完(每一題都要刷新頁(yè)面),提前有心理準(zhǔn)備。填寫(xiě)之前,建議了解pg的文化以及對(duì)員工的性格取向,務(wù)必與之一致,pg相當(dāng)重視性格測(cè)試的結(jié)果,據(jù)說(shuō)大部分網(wǎng)申被拒都是因?yàn)檫@個(gè)。
西安網(wǎng)申的人數(shù)總在幾千,這輪下來(lái)大概剩下500左右,pg會(huì)有專(zhuān)人負(fù)責(zé)電話(huà)通知這些人,參加接下來(lái)的宣講會(huì)或叫做英才見(jiàn)面會(huì),而這些人都可以參加pg的筆試了。宣講會(huì)一般都在喜來(lái)登。宣講會(huì)的內(nèi)容無(wú)非是各部門(mén)的負(fù)責(zé)人闡述本部門(mén)的理念,原則以及工作性質(zhì)。實(shí)習(xí)生只能選擇CBD(Customer Business Development,客戶(hù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展部門(mén),主要與經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商代理商打交道)和R&D。全職的選擇比較多,但也要看在西安當(dāng)年有哪些部門(mén)進(jìn)行招聘,并不一定。一定要認(rèn)真分析各個(gè)部門(mén)不同的文化和要求,確認(rèn)自己最適合的職位。如上所說(shuō)pg非常注重員工性格特征與企業(yè)的匹配程度,所以務(wù)必慎重決定。最終決定將會(huì)要求在第一輪筆試時(shí)候填寫(xiě)在試卷上。
第二步:筆試之PST(Problem Solving Test,中文解難能力測(cè)試)
這部分考試在交大進(jìn)行。整個(gè)試卷分為數(shù)學(xué)計(jì)算,圖表,中文閱讀幾大塊。沒(méi)有特別需要專(zhuān)門(mén)準(zhǔn)備的。數(shù)學(xué)題目都是小學(xué)三年級(jí)左右的題目,比如兩列火車(chē)相對(duì)而行,速度分別給出,距離給出,讓你求出什么時(shí)候相遇。圖表是最煩的,數(shù)據(jù)很多,很容易看花,建議帶上尺子,可以方便進(jìn)行比較。中文閱讀相比高考語(yǔ)文,相信容易很多。
建議順序:閱讀-------數(shù)學(xué)--------圖表。題目都不難,問(wèn)題是時(shí)間太短。60分鐘50題,需要足夠速度,并且足夠精確,對(duì)自己的結(jié)果高度自信,因?yàn)闆](méi)有時(shí)間檢查。很多人都是少對(duì)了一兩題就被淘汰了。所以按照上面說(shuō)的順序可以保證多做有把握并且容易解決的題目,畢竟每道題目分值一樣。
PST是用中文考試的,大家不用擔(dān)心語(yǔ)言的問(wèn)題。不過(guò)網(wǎng)上可以下載的樣卷是英文的,而且圖表題是用數(shù)據(jù)列出來(lái)的,并沒(méi)有畫(huà)成圖表,降低了難度。大家看的時(shí)候可以把它還原成圖表再做。樣卷我等下放在最后,有興趣的看一下。
這關(guān)大概會(huì)刷一半,剩下200多人進(jìn)行接下來(lái)的口語(yǔ)。
ps:在考完P(guān)ST之后,監(jiān)考人員收走試卷的同時(shí),會(huì)發(fā)下一份英文試卷,上面列出三個(gè)問(wèn)題,要求用英語(yǔ)回答。這三個(gè)問(wèn)題出自pg面試的經(jīng)典八道題,稍加變化而已。這部分和是否進(jìn)入下一輪沒(méi)有關(guān)系,但是這個(gè)構(gòu)成你面試時(shí)主考官提問(wèn)的基礎(chǔ)材料,所以一定要挑選自己最有把握和絕對(duì)真實(shí)的示例。最好提前八道題的英文都準(zhǔn)備上,到時(shí)候直接往上搬就可以了。同樣這八道題我會(huì)放在文檔最后,大家回頭看。
第三步:筆試之口語(yǔ)
這部分考試在外院進(jìn)行。pg往年這部分都采取托業(yè)的形式,并且托業(yè)分?jǐn)?shù)足夠的話(huà)可以免試英語(yǔ)。今年在全國(guó)推廣新型的考試,采用的是一種據(jù)說(shuō)很牛的語(yǔ)音識(shí)別軟件。具體形式是:快到考試時(shí)間,會(huì)有專(zhuān)門(mén)人員帶你進(jìn)入候考室,發(fā)給考卷?季矸譃橐韵聨讉(gè)部分:閱讀句子,重復(fù)句子,回答問(wèn)題,根據(jù)聽(tīng)到的短語(yǔ)造句,最后是每題20秒的陳述。抓緊時(shí)間熟悉考卷,尤其是閱讀句子部分,句子是給出的,如果有不會(huì)的單詞趕緊用文曲星查,在候考時(shí)候是允許的,所以事先準(zhǔn)備好。多讀幾遍,務(wù)必要完全流暢沒(méi)有停頓,并且發(fā)音要正確,這部分必須拿到比較完美的分?jǐn)?shù)。整個(gè)過(guò)程是由長(zhǎng)途電話(huà)完成的,并且電話(huà)那頭是電腦而并不是真人,所以不會(huì)等到你的回答結(jié)束才開(kāi)始下一題,要控制自己的回答時(shí)間,尤其是最后的陳述。電話(huà)可能有雜音,如果嚴(yán)重可以向工作人員申請(qǐng)重新?lián)芴?hào)。用的是耳機(jī)而不是聽(tīng)筒,稍微可以安慰一下;卮鸹蛘哧愂鰰r(shí)一定要清楚大聲,重復(fù)句子和造句那里,沒(méi)有聽(tīng)懂也盡量復(fù)述自己聽(tīng)到的單詞,會(huì)有加分。如果回答問(wèn)題那里不懂,最后沉默或者說(shuō)I dont know。問(wèn)題陳述部分一定要嚴(yán)格控制時(shí)間,寧愿少說(shuō)也不要影響聽(tīng)接下來(lái)的問(wèn)題。全部考試只需要12分鐘不到的樣子,具體時(shí)間分配試卷上會(huì)有說(shuō)明,一定要高度緊張,集中精神。
聽(tīng)力和口語(yǔ)只能平時(shí)積累,突擊用處不大。樣卷我可以提供在下面,聽(tīng)力大概就沒(méi)有辦法了,只能回頭留下qq,需要的話(huà)給大家傳,或者發(fā)到郵箱里。說(shuō)明一下,聽(tīng)力樣本效果極差,多多忍耐吧,我在網(wǎng)上找了很久也才找到這個(gè),當(dāng)然如果有人找到好的當(dāng)然最好,希望能提供出來(lái)共享。
這關(guān)也會(huì)淘汰一半左右,剩下100多人可以參加下面的一面。
第四步:一面
一面在香格里拉金花飯店進(jìn)行。要求著正裝,我就為此買(mǎi)了一套雅戈?duì)。生平第一次穿啊。主考官是一個(gè)。如上所述,一面的提問(wèn)基礎(chǔ)來(lái)自你PST考試后回答的三道英文題。一面幾乎都是中文進(jìn)行,極為個(gè)別的會(huì)遇到外籍面試官。即使遇到外籍人士,pg是可以提供翻譯的。當(dāng)然如果可以直接用英語(yǔ)最好,會(huì)留下很深印象。我遇到的都是中文,很幸運(yùn)。
就像在簡(jiǎn)歷制作時(shí)候提到的,pg非常強(qiáng)調(diào)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力,團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力,解難能力和溝通能力。這個(gè)因你選擇的部門(mén)不同而有所差異,這就需要你在宣講會(huì)上就要仔細(xì)確認(rèn)各個(gè)部門(mén)文化和理念,有針對(duì)性的在面試時(shí)突出自己的能力。需要準(zhǔn)備的就把自己回答的三道題所涉及的經(jīng)歷重溫一下,爭(zhēng)取做到在所有細(xì)節(jié)上回憶清楚,pg面試非常細(xì)致,很多細(xì)節(jié)都會(huì)被問(wèn)道,如果答案是編的,相信會(huì)被戳穿,結(jié)果當(dāng)然不會(huì)好。如果有能力圓的天衣無(wú)縫,那也行,務(wù)必保證不被戳穿。至少我覺(jué)得很難。
個(gè)人認(rèn)為面試時(shí)候的經(jīng)驗(yàn)用處不大,這跟主考官也有比較大的關(guān)系。一面最重要的我覺(jué)得應(yīng)該是自信,得體的陳述,不卑不亢。
這個(gè)過(guò)程又將淘汰一半左右,剩下50多人參加最后的面試。
第五步:二面
地點(diǎn)不變。需要準(zhǔn)備的除了以前準(zhǔn)備過(guò)的之外,也需要把簡(jiǎn)歷上面所有的經(jīng)歷重溫,可能在那三道題之外會(huì)有更多的提問(wèn),多數(shù)是按照簡(jiǎn)歷的內(nèi)容,形式還是pg的八道經(jīng)典題的樣子,略有變化。強(qiáng)調(diào)的能力依然是那些。對(duì)細(xì)節(jié)的提問(wèn)較之一面更加詳細(xì)(也有面經(jīng)提到變態(tài)這個(gè)詞語(yǔ):)),有的我做過(guò)的事情由于時(shí)間久了,也被問(wèn)到有點(diǎn)心虛,還好沒(méi)有表現(xiàn)出來(lái)。
今年我報(bào)的CBD部門(mén)面試官有四個(gè),而不是以往的三個(gè)。兩個(gè)主考的是來(lái)自香港的副總裁,還有兩個(gè)是內(nèi)地的。兩個(gè)主考的提問(wèn)比較多,最后會(huì)要求用英文回答問(wèn)題。爭(zhēng)取讓所有的面試官都投入到你的陳述中。根據(jù)其他面經(jīng)所說(shuō),通常都有一個(gè)是沉著臉不吭聲的。在我前面進(jìn)去的交大的學(xué)長(zhǎng)回來(lái)也告訴我兩邊內(nèi)地的面試官一直不笑,他幾次試圖活躍他倆都沒(méi)有成功。或許我運(yùn)氣比較好,沒(méi)有覺(jué)得有人黑臉。仍然覺(jué)得自信最重要,陳述要有層次,突出重點(diǎn);卮饐(wèn)題最好主要注視提問(wèn)者,但是也要兼顧到其他人,否則不可能讓所有人對(duì)你都微笑。
二面過(guò)后,就是漫長(zhǎng)的等待了,會(huì)讓人在等待中把當(dāng)初的激情消磨殆盡……從10月初網(wǎng)申,到我最后接到電話(huà),前后經(jīng)歷四十多天,對(duì)于求職而言,算是很長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間了。但是,不論進(jìn)沒(méi)進(jìn),都是一次比較值得的經(jīng)歷。
從始至終,接觸到的pg員工都非常的謙虛禮貌,絕對(duì)是以服務(wù)應(yīng)聘者的態(tài)度面對(duì)這些渴望進(jìn)入pg的學(xué)生,沒(méi)有以往我經(jīng)歷到的那些高高在上的嘴臉。我覺(jué)得pg真的是尊重每一個(gè)員工,包括成千上萬(wàn)求職者。親身經(jīng)歷了才會(huì)覺(jué)得區(qū)別。pg連續(xù)很多年成為最受歡迎雇主之一,不是浪得虛名。
pg給的薪水或許不是最高的,稅前研究生7200+,本科6200+,一年給14個(gè)月。但是保險(xiǎn)給的很全,甚至給家人也有份。假期長(zhǎng),貌似中秋都有放假一天,而且除了新年還有額外的年假可以選擇。對(duì)員工的培養(yǎng)也有很完善的體系,可以幫助新人快速成長(zhǎng)。我覺(jué)得是非常適合工作的企業(yè)。尤其對(duì)于管理類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)的同學(xué),我們不像前幾系的有那么多機(jī)會(huì),一定不要放過(guò),只要準(zhǔn)備充分就有相當(dāng)?shù)目赡。運(yùn)氣很重要,但是一定要有所準(zhǔn)備。
還是重復(fù)開(kāi)頭的話(huà),由于實(shí)習(xí)生和全職員工一同招募,而且實(shí)習(xí)生一般都可以成為正式員工,所以到時(shí)候研二和大三的同學(xué)要留心了。多一次機(jī)會(huì)就多一份可能。

1. PS二面面經(jīng)-全英(流程:自我介紹+五個(gè)八大問(wèn)+兩道情景題+反問(wèn))
2. 四個(gè)面試官,其中兩三個(gè)外國(guó)人(有些locate在國(guó)外),有三個(gè)23年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(但是一點(diǎn)架子都沒(méi)有!),面試整體感覺(jué)很輕松愉快~

FEATURES OF PROBLEM SOLVING TEST
There are three types of questions which require critical thinking and analytical skills:

50 Total
You will have 65 minutes to answer the 50 questions. You are allowed to use a calculator,
although one is not required. You should use a pencil so you can erase to change an answer.
Every question has five possible answers from which you must choose the most correct
answer. You will not have to write any essays. You will simply mark ONE of the five answers
which will be labeled A, B, C, D, E.
During the actual test, you will mark your answers on a special answer sheet separate from the
questions. If you mark more than one answer to a question, it will NOT be counted as correct. If
you change an answer, it is important to erase your first answer so it does not appear that you have
marked more than one answer.
SCORING
Each correct answer adds one point to your score. Points are NOT taken off if you mark an
incorrect answer. You should try to score as many points as you can.
SUGGESTIONS TO GET BEST RESULTS
Recent research has indicated that the following practices can lead to better scores on
Problem Solving Tests, including some you should do, and some you should not do.
Things you should do to score well on a Problem Solving Test:

(二)Work as fast as possible with reasonable assurance of accuracy: do not lose time on a question you do not understand.

Things you should not do in answering a Problem Solving Test:

A personnel department should first of all think of itself as a Research group. The research I
am thinking of is a questioning of personnel techniques, a re-examining of accepted procedures. It
is searching for facts and anticipating future developments. It is thinking about your job and
exploring new ways of carrying it Out.
Secondly, a personnel department should equip itself with the knowledge and experience
