北京電通廣告有限公司為了給中國廣告業(yè)培養(yǎng)合格人才、加強(qiáng)與中國廣告學(xué)界的聯(lián)系與合作,同時(shí)為了吸引更多優(yōu)秀的畢業(yè)生加入北京電通廣告有限公司,北京電通媒介統(tǒng)括中心和電通傳媒于2010年10月起發(fā)起實(shí)習(xí)生制度,先后與中國傳媒大學(xué)、清華大學(xué)、北京大學(xué)、中國人民大學(xué)、暨南大學(xué)、山東大學(xué)的廣告學(xué)院或者新聞學(xué)院建立了緊密的聯(lián)系。先后接收了中國傳媒大學(xué)、清華大學(xué)、北京大學(xué)、中國人民大學(xué)、南昌大學(xué)等高校相關(guān)專業(yè)即將畢業(yè)的大學(xué)生和研究生來北京電通實(shí)習(xí)。實(shí)習(xí)生分布北京電通的媒介統(tǒng)括中心、電通傳媒、Global Business Practice、策略開發(fā)本部、CC統(tǒng)括室等部門。與此同時(shí),北京電通也經(jīng)常邀請東京電通的專家就業(yè)界熱點(diǎn)話題在多所高校做講座,與高校相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的師生互動(dòng)。

實(shí)習(xí)生項(xiàng)目由2010年10月開始,已經(jīng)實(shí)施兩屆。第一屆的實(shí)習(xí)生是2011年畢業(yè)的大四學(xué)生,主要在電通傳媒實(shí)習(xí)。中國傳媒大學(xué)兩名,北京大學(xué)三名,中國人民大學(xué)一名。實(shí)習(xí)期從2011年1月到6月。實(shí)習(xí)期結(jié)束后有兩名畢業(yè)生留下來成為北京電通的正式員工,其他的同學(xué)繼續(xù)他們的學(xué)業(yè)。第二屆實(shí)習(xí)生是2012年畢業(yè)的大四學(xué)生和在校的研究生共18 人,分別來自中國傳媒大學(xué)、北京大學(xué)、清華大學(xué)、中國人民大學(xué)、南昌大學(xué)。實(shí)習(xí)的部門分別在媒介統(tǒng)括中心、電通傳媒、Global Business Practice 、策略開發(fā)本部、CC統(tǒng)括室等部門。
