Beginning with a personalized Individual Development Plan, employees can choose from a variety of training options, including:

Classroom training on Adobe technologies
Leadership seminars
Weekly Knowing the Business sessions covering Adobe's latest products and programs Employees can also tap into Adobe's educational reimbursement program, which helps pay for
business- and technology-related classes, including coursework that leads to advanced degrees from accredited colleges and institutions.

每季度Adobe根據(jù)員工需求開展的技術(shù)/非技術(shù)培訓(xùn),以及教育報銷計劃。我們根據(jù)工作需要派遣優(yōu)秀的員工到海外進行培訓(xùn)、交流等。
